Alan F. Feeney, Esq. is the Managing Partner of Feeney Patent Trademark Law and a senior strategist in intellectual property, trademarks, and complex patent matters for startups. With more than twenty five years of experience, he helps founders build defensible IP portfolios, protect brand assets, and position their technologies for growth and investment.

He has led global patent strategy for advanced therapeutic platforms and supported company formation, major funding rounds, and international expansion for emerging companies. Alan holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from the University of New Hampshire, a J.D. from the University of Miami, and a B.S. in Chemistry from Boston College, and is completing a Master of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the University of Florida. He also serves on several advisory boards and remains active in professional and philanthropic initiatives.
