Ashley Medeiros is the Director of the Ocean Tech Hub at the Rhode Island Commerce Corporation, where she leads regional efforts to accelerate the development, commercialization, and deployment of ocean technologies across Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. Her work brings together businesses, researchers, government agencies, investors, and community partners to strengthen the region’s blue economy and turn shared opportunities
into coordinated action. With nearly two decades of experience in economic development, nonprofit leadership, strategy, and program design, Ashley specializes in building partnerships and translating ambitious ideas into practical initiatives that deliver measurable results.
