Lauren Dickerman is a women’s health clinical expert and health tech advisor dedicated to improving women’s health education and advancing innovation. With over a decade of clinical experience, she partners with early-stage companies to translate clinical insight into scalable strategy spanning product development, evidence generation, and go-to-market execution. Lauren is passionate about shaping the next generation of women’s health innovators through education and mentorship. At the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, she has played a leadership role in developing its FemTech program, an interdisciplinary initiative focused on advancing women’s health through education, clinical care, research, venture development, service, and outreach. She extends this commitment to the broader healthcare innovation ecosystem through her work with organizations including HITLAB and the New England Medical Innovation Center (NEMIC), where she advises and mentors emerging healthcare innovators.
