Mari Anne Snow is the CEO and Co Founder of Eascra Biotech, where she leads the development of DNA inspired nanomaterials designed to enable targeted delivery into dense, difficult to treat tissues. Her work advances Eascra’s Janus base nanoparticle platform through near term pharmaceutical partnerships and long term microgravity enabled manufacturing, treating microgravity as a variable that can influence nanoscale assembly, reproducibility, and quality.

She is also the Founder of Sophaya, advising organizations on building resilient, high performance distributed teams. As the author of The Remote Work Handbook and through the Remote Nation Institute, she helps leaders implement remote work strategies that drive accountability, engagement, and sustainable growth. Across both ventures, she focuses on designing scientific and organizational systems that unlock human potential.
