Patty Lyons-Bousquet is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 30 years of experience supporting organizations across a wide range of industries, including nonprofit, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, and technology. She is the founder of CompLyons HR Consulting, where she partners with organizations to navigate complex HR challenges with practical, strategic solutions.

Patty’s expertise spans HR compliance, employee relations, compensation strategy, performance management, and organizational design. She is known for her ability to translate complex employment laws and workplace issues into clear, actionable guidance that helps leaders make informed decisions, reduce risk, and build strong, sustainable organizations.

Her career has been shaped by hands-on experience in fast-paced, evolving environments, giving her a deep understanding of what it takes to support both the business and the people behind it. Whether she’s advising leadership on a complex situation or helping to build foundational HR practices, Patty brings a thoughtful, practical approach that meets organizations where they are.

Patty holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University and a Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law, providing her with a strong legal foundation that enhances her work in compliance and risk management. She also holds both SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications.

She is actively engaged in the business and HR community, serving on the Board of ABC Rhode Island, contributing to the DisruptHR movement, and mentoring small business owners through SCORE. She is also involved locally with the Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce, the East Providence Area Chamber of Commerce, and the East Providence Rotary, reflecting her commitment to supporting both businesses and the broader community.
