Tracy Accardi is currently the Chief Technology Officer of Genevi Technologies. Genevi's platform pairs a tampon-sized therapeutic insert with a guided, at-home program that delivers targeted neuromuscular stimulation directly to the urethra, rebuilding closure strength over an eight-week course. The work is grounded in a long-running partnership with the University of Michigan Pelvic Floor Research Group, one of the world's leading centers for pelvic biomechanics. Tracy was previously the Global R&D VP at Medtronic, Hologic, and Bausch + Lomb, bringing deep expertise in surgical robotics, imaging, and usability-driven device design.
